Why doesn’t my text or AI prompt generate a map?

• Textomap generates geographical maps from text. If you've entered a text source or asked the AI assistant a question/wrote a prompt, and our algorithm couldn't produce a map, it could be due to the following reasons:
  
  

  • Your text does not contain geographical locations, meaning places on Earth with longitude and latitude points.
  • Your text contains locations, but Textomap could not find them. (They don't appear in the databases we use, or they're written or spelled differently.)
  • You’re using a language we don’t support.

  Textomap supports the following languages:
  • English - US
  • Spanish - español
  • Chinese - 中文
  • German - Deutsch
  • French - français
  • Italian - italiano
  • Portugese - português
  • Russian - русский
  • Japanese - 日本語
  • Korean - 한국어/韓國語

• • You have misspelled the names of locations.
  • Locations whose names do not begin with a capital letter may sometimes be overlooked. Make sure to capitalize the first letter of location names for best results.
  • The AI assistant was unable to find an answer to your question/prompt.
  • The AI assistant found an answer, but it does not contain any location information.
